A/cs doubts :-

1.why not preference share capital dividend is decared in cash flow statement topic....nothing has been done in question regarding its treatment....

2.why arre liquidator's not paid remuneartion in case of callis in arrears?

3.in case of redemption of debentures,correct word is gain on cancellation or gain on redemption?

Law Doubts :-

1.In case of seizur of goods by custom authorities in indian contract act 1872 is that actual,constructive or symbolic delivery?( bailment )

2.in share and share capital chapter,there are various cases where ordinary and special resolution is to be passed,how to learn that?

1. its upto ur assumption whether u want to declare the dividend or not..just give a note regarding this..not a big issue.....but ya do give the debenture interest coz they are not cumulative..

3. again there is an option open .. u can chose either of them...its not english vocabulary or grammer where u have to be specific..its accounts...dont worry abt these things..
