Querry regarding annual filing
Please tell me that how annual filing for the year ended 31.03.2016 will be done for company converted into public from private with different name and objects in the month of august-2016

E-form with pre-fill function will show new name. But attachments like Balance Sheet can have old name if B/S was approved before August 2016.
