Querry on er 6 return
Please help me in regard to filing ER 6 return of a manufacturer.
Some of my client is using excisable and non excisable raw material to manufacture only excisable products.but while filing ER 6 return whether i have to give details of both raw materials i.e.excisable and non excisable items.

You will give the details of receipt and consumption of principal inputs and finished excisable goods. You need to give the details of major input i.e. excisable or non excisable.

ER5 & ER6 is filed for limited specified commodities.RE5 is also to be filed by the persons who are required to file ER6.

If someone using 5 - 6 raw materials and out of that produces only one product. Then where can he provide the quantity manufactured.
