Hello Ramiz , you have to fill form 112 within 1 month of registration for another course .in case you are unable to fill it within the said period you can fill it with the condolation fees (late fees charge ) by submitting a DD in favour of ICAI .Along with a letter written by your principle to the ICAI permitting you to undergo other course stating that the timing donot clash with your traning .

none of the principles would allow you to do so........i nfact they will blast you and also keep a tab on you.....unless he is ur relative

so...my suggetion.....keep quite and write ur papers .......simply take a medical leave during exams

won't there be any problem if the institute finds out later??

well yes thr can be problem.......but the inst never finds that out...atleast i have never seen that.....so keep mum abt it........and if u will seek permission they would never ever grant that.........
