hey can any body tell me the Exemption available for CA in persuing Indian Revenue Services and candidate who is CA but not a Graduate can Persue IRS or not.

Well, harshal IRS officers are recruited on the basis of Civil services exam conducted by UPSC. The minimum eligibility is Graduation and no exemption is available for any qualification whatsoever. The exam is conducted for all elite services in the central govt viz. IAS, IPS , IA&AS , IRS etc. For detail u may log on to UPSC.gov.in
