PLS CLARIFY WHETHER ANY CHALLAN TO BE CREATED AND PAID UNDER SELF ASSESSMENT OPTION IN QRMP SCHEME.

Challan has to be made only when output Liability is greater than current period credit + balance in Electronic Cash and Credit Ledger. ( For Feb month same calculation with 2 month Liability -2 Month ITC +Credit Ledger+Cash Ledger)
