QRMP SCHEME
My client has not opted for monthly filing of GSTR 3B. FOR THE MONTH of January 2021 can he file monthly GSTR 3B.is there any chance.

tell him to opt for monthly for Q1 FY:2021-2022.
Meanwhile, He cannot file monthly but as per QRMP Scheme he need to pay either 35% liability of previous month (If filed quarterly) or 100% of proceedings months on or before 25th of subsequent months.
