The most important reason is Tax sheter in the form of SEC-11 & 12 exemptions under Income tax Act,
Allmost all School ,College, Universities & Educational Institutionin India were paying almost 0 tax liability using these two section.
But the sad part is now these kind of exemptions are used as loopholes for tax evasion..
