Pvt ltd company - cancel roc

If all your filing are up to date with ROC, IT and other depts, then u can go for FAST TRACK EXIT mode..just fill in the necessary details and file the form FTE with a filing fees of Rs. 5000 with the ROC and respond to their queries....

But the thing is we gotg company registered and then after registration we didn't file anything, not opened any account, any taxation filling etc nothing. Jjust registration done, kindly advise what to do and also suggest to whom I can contact as I am in a Job right now and other 2 directors are not in town. Please advise.

FTE scheme is for such companies which do not want to carry on their busienss and strike off the name of company from ROC record. Hence, with a statment from Chartered Accountants, Affidavits and Bonds from Directors and passing of resolution will be sufficient for removing the name of company/ striking the name of company from ROC/ cancel the registration. and no libility thereafter will be upon Directors, of any kind with respect to Company annual filing or complying with any of the compliances.
