If a companies main object is to provide social networking service (like facebook) and online selling (like amazon) then can a single company be formed to carry both these business? or two different companies are required?

A same company can carry out the same business provided that the object clause of yhe memorandum of association of the company provides for both the objects.
So if I put both these in the object clause I can form one single company?
Private limited company is the one of the type of company in which articles is restricted to sell the share of the company Minimum member is 2 and Maximum is 50 According Indian Companies Act 1956 and minimum member is 2 and maximum is 200 according to Indian Companies Act 2013
