My client has lost the pan card, MOA & AOA of his comapny. Can you please tell me where can I find the details online. I dont have any ROC documents too. This is the first year of copany.

Even if its the first year of the Company then also MOA and AOA will be available on MCA Portal as filing of MOA and AOA is required for the incorporation of the Company. You can apply for issue of Duplicate PAN Card
Wiith name - search Master data at ROC
Using the name & date of incorporation find PAN at income tax websit
