purchaser gstr1 submitted & not file
my client purchase party gstr1 submit but not filed so in client gstr2 shows bill but I can no action this pur.party bills .what's this party bills can be add in gstr2 or can wait purc.party gstr1 fileing date please guide me or

WAIT FOR THE SUPPLIER TO FILE THEIR GSTR1
If it's shown as "Counter Party Status as NO".
Then you ll be enter in your GSTR 2 as missed invoice details. After the supplier ll be accept it after 31st October...
Then only you can claim ITC on GSTR 3...
