If an individual purchase a property and he has only PAN, what taxes should pay on purchase of property other than TDS. should he pay GST also. Plz reply ASAP.

For purchase of any immovable property, only stamp duty and registration charges are levied.
No TDS on purchaser. No GST (unless for under construction property)

Aren't the provisions of 194IA (TDS) applicable in case consideration >=Rs.50 lacs?

Only liability to deduct TDS, but not as additional charge.......
