My one client had purchased Soyabean from unregistered taxpayers for the period 01.07.2017 to 12.10.2017. Pls suggest gst will be applicable under section 9(4) if the purchase had been done more than Rs 5000 in a day.
RCM not applicable on this case.
Yes RCM applicable at that time at the tax rate applicable on soyabean. Rcm not applicable now.
