purchase from composite dealer whose invoice is inclusive of tax.
Is any thing purchase from composite dealer by a registered dealer the tax amount paid by registered dealer is aginst reverse chrge or recover from customer because ITC is not available

tax amount cant be paid by registered dealer as composition dealer cannot charge such tax from buyer
so the question of charging from customer by registered dealer doenot come. also in my opinion the benefit for regd. dealer by purchasing from composition dealer is that he is not liable to reverse chg
If a registered person purchases from a composite dealer, the amount paid is the cost for regd person. This is not the case of reverse charge.Tax c is not paid separately, so there is no question of ITC to the regd person.
