Can any one give the procedure for purchase from out side and sales to out side of state
with entry tax,vat,waybill ,cst,and all other statutory requirment
and also give idea about non commercial transport as like I change my residence from one state to another,so some house hold goods wants to transport any statutory documents needed or not give full idea about this..............
1.Inter State Purchase and Sales Require CST Registraion
2. Way Bill (D-IX Form) Issued by Purchaser to Seller in Case of Interstate purchase, online way bill is valid only for seven days. A Registerd purchaser can get online way bill from State Commercial tax Department Website. now 16 digit number way bill is provided by department.
3.Entry Tax is payble on only certain product which is prescribed by state government
4. If C form will be Given to Supplier then they will charge only 2% CST otherwise Local Vat Rate.
5. Vat is Not Applicable in Interstate Sales and Purchase
6. Input Credit not available on interstate Purchase
