every one i want to know which finance act will be applicable for may 2026 final exam for taxation, since the institute notification mentioned that finance act 2025 will be applicable from may 2027 exams, pls clarify

For the CA Final May 2026 Taxation exam, the Finance Act, 2024 will be applicable. ICAI has clearly indicated that Finance Act, 2025 applies only from May 2027 onwards, following its consistent one-year lag policy.
