If an individual CA makes any misconduct like non payment of stipend, rowing enquiry to get professional work, totalling mistake of Rs.500 in the balance sheet he signed is punished severely and widespread publicity is given to this action, sometimes may be through High court. If influencial CAs or CA firms involved in any multicrore scam like Harshad Mehta, Mumbai Bomb Blast of 1992, GTB, Satyam no action will be taken. Please post your views.
u r right i agree action shud also be taken on high profile cases but its difficult due to corruption at big level
Ya action should be taken irrspective of the profile high or low.
It may seem difficult but LAW does take its course.
