A Ltd is bse listed company. The Board Meeting for the consideration of financial results was held on 19.05.2013. So they r supposed to publish it in newspaper within 48 hours. The Company gave the results to the Newspaper. But Newspaper couldnt publish it due to unavoidable reasons. Now what is to be done ?
