Latest RBI guidelines in respect of NPA Provisioning are NBFC (Deposit Accepting or Holding) companies prudential norms directions, 2007. The same are also there for non-deposit accepting nbfc's. Also separate guidelines have been issued for Prudential norms on Income Recognition, Asset Classification and Provisioning pertaining to Advances.
