proxy form

form should be properly dated unless lead to reject..

if proxy is submitted to company, as per specified time limit, without date, shall be counted as invalid.
Sometimes member send proxy form for two, or more than two times for different proxies. in that case, company shall take into account a proxy instrument stating latest date thereof. therefore, when date is not mentioned company count it as invalid.
