case the court held that a proxy is appointed to attend a meeting on an implied condition that
he will attend if the person appointing the proxy is himself unable to attend the meeting. But if
the person appointing also attends the meeting and casts the vote the proxy’s stand will be
cancelled... otherwise the one who votes first will be considered
if proxy give his vote before coming original member,then proxy's vote shall be considered.
in case if proxy and original member both attend the meeting, then it's a ground of automatic revocation of proxy,in this case if both voted simultaneously,then member's vote shall be considered as valid And proxy's vote shall be invalid.
