Appointment of proxies shall be done atleast 48 hours prior to GM.
However for filing petition for investigation of a proxy, it should be done atleast 3 days prior to the GM.
What is the remedy to file petitions for proxies that are registered on the 3rd day prior to the GM?

Members can inspect the proxies on being suspicious u/s 105(8)
Section states member who wish to inspect has ti inform the Company of its intention 3 days before the meeting. And he can do the inspection 24 hrs before the meeting.
