Provisional input credit for the month of march - 2018

We have Electronic credit ledger closing balance for amount of  Rs. 8,34,067/- as on 31.03.2018.( upto March Month GSTR-B filed)

At the time of April - 2018 GSTR - 3B filing we have to adjust Opening Electronic Credit balance to the April-2018 GST liability, but opening amount could not adjust to April GST liability and same amount shown as "Provisional credit Balance".

Kindly advice for how to utilize the Provisional credit balance to the current month GST liability.
