What is the difference between proprietorship under Shops and Establishments Acts, and proprietorship under Companies Act in India?

As per the rules and regulations of Shop & Establishment Act of the State are applicable to proprietorship , however in Case of Companies Act 2013 no such proprietorship , it's One person Company and all the rules and regulations of the Companies Act 2013 were applicable to ONE PERSON Company , and he himself is Director
