How to open proprietorship firm, what are the procedure of its registration, and charges to be paid for its opening excluding cop charge

Dear Neha,
on clearing the CA Final exams, you have to apply for the ACA membership and also the COP. in the form you have to apply for the COP as well.
also you have to fill up form 117 for the approval of the firm name..giving 3 names in order of preference.
