shud proprietorship deduct tds on salary paid to his proprietor?
As per my knowledge proprietor business is considered at par with individual so how can an individual give salary to himself.
The question of TDS doesnt come into picture.

Harminder
proprietorship firm cannot give salary to its proprietor
even if d salary is paid to propritor then also it is not allowed as expense under IT Act.... hence no required to deduct TDS....
