Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether an individual can transfer multiple properties to their cousin brothers without receiving any payment. It clarifies that while transfers between close relatives are typically tax-free, cousin brothers are generally not considered 'relatives' under UK tax legislation. Therefore, such transfers may incur tax liability for the parties involved.

If all these persons fall in the category of relatives, then no tax pax payments by any person.
Cousin brother won't be your relative as per act therefore Tax applies
