Please advise dears

Please advise

Anex-19 is document required by the department for proof of export filing.  Its included export details, poe received, pending poe and any payment made for non receipt of poe.  Hence it should be maintained for POE filing.

Dear Expert, We are merchant exporter and dealing with the manufacturer who is excise registered. He will sell the goods to me against form H. Do I need to furnish ARE 1 form while doing exports directly from his premises to the customs OR he will provide us the ARE 1 form for export purpose ?

Also, is there any chances of disclosure of foreign party name or my selling price to the overseas customer in ARE 1 ? Cant Merchant Exporter ship the goods directly by normal procedure without the involvment of ARE 1.

Please advise me so that we can do the needful accordingly.

Dear Sir,

I am in need please someone reply

Dear Mr.Nipun,

As a merchan exporter, you have to excute the bond with AC of Exports, Maritime Comm. who is nominated jurisdicnational factory of the permises.  then you can procure the CT-1 from them and issue to manufacture to raise the invoice without payment of duty. Its include the quantity, price(price for the manufacturer) and duty forgone

As a manufacter can raise ARE-1 and invoice based on the CT-1 and clear the goods for exports. manufature and exporter both should be signed in the ARE-1.  You can raise your invoice to the customer on customer price and clear the goods at customs for export.

for any further clarifications, you may please call-RP Ananthakumar, 9994980047

Dear Nipun

ARE-1 will be issued by you & also signed by manufactuere exporter becuase you have furnished bond with excise authority & proof of export has to be submitted by you against CT-1

Manufacturere export will submit form H as proof of export to their excise authority.

You have expored the goods under bond then annexure 19 is required to submit every month.
