Dear All,

We are a 100% subsidiary  of  a foreign company. We had registered and incorporated  in India in 2005 as a private limited  concern.

Now if the parent company wants to open up a "Project Office"  in India, would that be possible?

Please let me know of your take and help me out.

Yes the project office can be opened provided the norms for opening a Project Office in India are fulfilled.

Project Office can be opened for a specific work/project of specific duration.
