How does a disabled employee in Assam Govt get a refund of the Professional Tax that was deducted by the employer, because according to the rules disabled employee in Assam Govt need not pay any Professional Tax. Any solutions?

Refund is not easily available. Give certificate to employer for not deducting PT.
Any "Section" or "Official Declaration" available to submit as proof which states that "No Professional Tax for Disabled". The web resource https://www.indiafilings.com/learn/assam-professional-tax/ states that disabled employees are exempted from paying any Professional Tax under the heading Exemptions for Professional Tax.
