Professional tax - karnataka

Dear Friends,

I need clarification with regard to Professional Tax Calculation for Karnataka Region. I have seen notifcation which was issued in the year of 1976 stating Conveyance Allownace not to be considered while calculation Professional Tax Amount.

But as per my Knowledge we need to consider Conveyance Allownace to Calculate Professional Tax. Can you please cxonfirm which one is correct.
