Professional tax
hi.. while registration of PT.. there is an option : profession, trade, or calling ( main entry): and PT sub entry1&2 . what is section have to mention. can u pls assist me.

It depends on nature of business. Are you employer or professional.
Profession Tax is subject matter of Trust. Different rates and different processes are there in each state. You have to go to State Profession Tax site and under use help button which will solver all your queries
1. As explained by the above experts it all depends on the nature of work. If you are engaged in the profession then choose that and if you are running a business then it will be categorized under trading.
2. Make sure to get help from the help box. It may guide you.
