Nope... And how can u think so much?

In my opinion

1) If the information is shared to obtain or probing for new clients then it will fall under professional misconduct(I am not sure about the clause)

2) If the information is shared to show your experience then i think so it will not fall udenr professional misconduct(I am not sure about the clause)

Let me know if you have any corrections.

It will be professional misconduct under second Schedule part (1) clause (1).

it will led to professional misconduct under soliciting client, Advertising

Sir Please tell me if project report is signed by C.A and some default come to notice after signing it. will it be professional misconduct?

It is meant to be professional miscoduct under First Schdule , Part  I (Board of Discipline) , Clause 6 of the  professional ethics issued by ICAI. it amounts to be solicitation.

Oh my god........so u cant even say the name of one of our client to another client...Not even a mere name??

No....

Disclosing the name of your client to another client is not misconduct...

Yes

Disclosing information or working papers of one client with another without taking concent of the client is misconduct....

So feel free make a list of your clients and share it with each other(Joking)

I think its not soliciting of work becase it is already our client so there is no misconduct but if u inform working and some secrets than it is misconduct,
