When the consultant is not registered but his service receiver is registered under GST......... then yes, the Service Receiver has to pay GST for the services under RCM
Except below services any other consulting not cover under RCM
Services provided or agreed to be provided by an individual advocate or firm of advocates by way of legal services, directly or indirectly
Services provided or agreed to be provided by an arbitral tribunal
No RCM.
Forward charge..... GST rate 18%
