I have a confusion about PTRC and PTEC. Please explain me difference of two.
Case: A proprietorship firm having its PTRC and PTEC no in name of prorietor.
Now that Prorietory converted into partnership firm. Whether firm have to pay profession tax collected from its emplyees salaries.
Then firm have to apply for what..? PTRC or PTEC.?
suggest/.... and one pertner have already PTEC and PTRC no as he was proprietor last year. Please explain in brief.
