shall profession tax be deducted from the stipend of article? if no then plz give me a link to give confirmation of law agaisnt it..

study the meaning of employee and salary - refer professional tax act of Your State.
In General, professional tax is not deducted on stipend,as they are just trainees not employees And also there is no employee and employer relationship. if u have any doubts feel free to ask for help
