One doctor is employee at charitable trust and he gets salary there above 15K and Rs 200 will be deducted from his salary and the same doctor runs the clinic. So has he has to pay 2500 propfession charges for his clinic separately or it can be adjusted from what has deducted from trust?

Yes additionally, because clinic is separate professional activity.
Thank you sir. They are asking us to pay additional 100rs so that in a year it becomes 2500/-. But that is difficult to us to pay and that is not correct.
