Yes a Director of a Private Limited company, holding majority shares, can take professional fees from the company instead of director’s remuneration.
However kindly appreciate strict provisions of managerial remuneration are not applicable to a private company. Hence you are also free to give any remuneration to your director subject to the provisions of your articles.
