Process for re validate my cpt registration

I have registered myself in the year March 2011. as it seems my 3 years have passed 

could you please tell me how to re validate my CPT Registration and fees involved in it along with the procedure

Help please.

1) The request for revalidation shall be made in the prescribed application format.
- Refer to page 3 of the file attached herewith.

2) Fee for revalidation is Rs. 300/-.

3) Fee to be paid by way of Demand Draft in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”.
- Payable at Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata/Kanpur/New Delhi as the case may be.

4) Revalidation application to be sent to the concerned decentralized office from where registration was done.

[Note: In the meantime, if you have completed your graduation with a minimum of 55% or 54.5% marks, then you can register for CA-Inter/IPC under ‘Direct Entry Scheme’.]

got a 54% sadly does not imply as i think even an hons student is treated same as a general honours :(

Even i am a OBC-B Candidate haha

anyway doing post graduation M.Com now will think what to do.
