Anyone can tell me how the process followed by Dept. after Submitting C Form to The Circle / range of said area.
& If In case Form Not Matched what they process....
& How all state finde side quater Form ...to demand their creidt ...

- C forms are not for submission to department, but it should be produced at the time of assessment to claim the interstate sales made at concessional rate of CST. - if the form are not matched with amount, then diff should be charged at full rate,

Dear Alpesh u have to maintain the Register of c-form which u r used to issue th ur supplier ..

And if u r going to deposit the C-form as u have collected from ur parties if there is diff. in Taxable Value ( If below then u have to depsoit diff. sale tax amt. or if high .. Then no issue))
