Can some one help me to tell the procedure for sending Tools and Dies into vendor premises for production, without any cost involved as RGP !!

you can send the Tools and Dies into vendor premises for production,under Rule 4(5)a , I mean job work challan.That item should be returned within 180 days.
there is no codition of 180 days for returning the tools & dies it is applicable for rawmaterials only.
please give where is such condition pl........
