Procedure to pursue other object

Under CA 1956, Object Clause of Memorandum contained Other Objects also and hence company could pursue other objects by passing members resolution u/s 149.  However under CA 2013 there is no provision of Other Objects in Memorandum and hence no procedure has been prescribed in the Act.  Existing companies can therefore start such objects simply by passing Board resolution.
