Procedure to change the constitution of firm

You can put an application with Form V and amendment deed of partnership before the Registrar of Firms. It requires a maximum stamp duty of Rs.5000/-. In the Amendment of Partnership deed shall be executed by all the existing partners regarding the changes of constitution of Firm and Form V. The Form V shall also be signed by the all the existing partners.
