Procedure of submitting documents on completion of training

Dear amit,

you have to submit only Form 108 to the Institute within 30 days of completion of your articles. If you send after 30 days you have to pay late fees as mentioned in form 108.

And form 119 is not required to be submitted. Form 119 is voluntary & only between article & Principle. It is a Requisition Form for issue of Service certificate. Based on this your employer will give you Form 108 duly signed with. Generally one would fill form 119 if there is any issue to obtain form 108 signed by the Principle. In such case article would send form 119 vide registered acknowledgement & a copy is sent to The Secretary, ICAI, Delhi, then the institute will send a letter to the Principle & if principle fails to respond within 3 months of completion of articleship plus 15 days, it will be deemed that the details supplied by the article is correct & the date mentioned by aticle is correct.

Hence you just required to submit 108 duly signed by the principle to the institute uptill 12/03/2012 & no other form is required to be submitted with Form 108.okk
