Procedure for filing CHG-1 after 120 days
what is the procedure if loan was taken in Dec 2020 but company has not filed chg-1 and wants to register charge as on date. As 120 days has passed as per new Ordinance then what is the procedure for registration of charge?

Make an Application/ Petition to Central Govt in CG-1...to condone delay ,order passed will be filed in INC 28 and then file CHG-1..
The relaxation is applicable in respect of filing of Form No. CHG-1 and Form No. CHG-9 by a company or a charge holder falls on any date between 01.04.2021 to 31.07.2021 (both dates inclusive)
