I am a CA student facing many problems in my articleship.
1 .At the time of joining our firm, our principal had informed us that there are 2-3 outstations audits in a year will be conducted but now he is like conducting 5 months in a year n forcefully saying to go outstation neither not to come in office and considering leave forcefully.
2 .He never give us stipend on time(like 4-6 months gap) and that too we have to beg like any thing for one time stipend from our principal, he had also not given stipend of our study leave period of pcc and consider it holiday.
3 .As,according to ICAI, practical training is important but our principal had always given us clerk/peon work like submitting and receiving documents so like I completed my 2 years articleship but still i am unaware of any practical knowledge of articleship.
4 .And according to timings fixed by ICAI we have to work 36 hours in a week but we are working like 11a.m to 7-8 p.m mostly 6 months in a year and during audit period we also work on every sundays but we are unaware of any compensation for that and that too we are also not getting any stipend.
5. He had also consider our ITT period and PCC study leave as leave and also not given stipend for that and included in holidays.
6.Now also this time due to some family problems i am not able to go for outstations audits so my principal said to me rudely that "if i cant go for outstation audits, no need to come office from now, go to home"and i am at home now from some months and i don’t know what to do now.
Hereby give me ur suggestions relating to this problem, I had already consulted about this to Institute but there were no proper reply.
