If i reply in forum or i post a forum..or i do any thing in the caclubindia same will be shown as a mail in my Gmail Inbox..my inbox is full because of this..could you please tell me how to avoid this..plz plz plz

While replying or posting in the forums, uncheck the box "Notify via email when someone replies"
