Problem on "Withdrawn From Composition Scheme"

When I Submitted CMP 04 form,Show me "Withdraw from composition scheme date cannot be before opt for Composition Scheme".
I can not Understand the problem.
Case On this Client-
registration in GST.
opt for Composition Scheme on 13.08.17.
now Client has Faced some problem.So He wants to withdraw from composition scheme.
how do i slove this problem?
please help me.

whether your cmp 01 is accepted or not

Select date if withdrawal as. 13.08.2017

You can't feed date earlier than date when you apply for composition.

CMP - 01 - At the time of migrating. Also you filed CMP-02 on Opt to composition scheme...
Now you ll be file CMP-04 fir opt out from composition scheme....
Also the AO approved your application then you can get CMP-07... After you ll continue as Regular dealer...
