When I was trying to upload Form 23 in MCA Website, the following pre-scrutiny error is coming:
“Kindly press prescrutiny button in the form. After prescrutinising kindly save the form again before uploading the form:”
But in the Form 23 which I was trying to upload, the prescrutiny button is in active and I am not able to click on this. What could be the possible reason for this? Have anyone come across such a problem? Please help. Thanks in advance.
Although I have filed many forms with MCA but I am not remembring about cuch problem....
Ultimate solution is to modify and signature again, check form and then press prescrutiny.....
and instead of Save, do save as in different name... and then upload...
use prescrutny button than save the form and than go for upload ...... if again eror occured than your form has corrupted , so fill a new e form and make dsc and then go ahead
It has happened with me.
Discard the from - re load and re fill it at one go. Don't save the file and re use.
Do all the activites at a time and press " save as" options whenever required. U might have to select the replace the file option when the save as option is selected

As replied by Pravin, jus click on the prescrutiny button, save the form and then upload, the form - 23 can be filed.
it can be excel probel also.
just make sure that macro i active before start with it.
